Briggs & Stratton Corporation is providing you access to this online portal to facilitate the return of certain surface cleaner products subject to recall. We need you to submit your name, email address, and mailing address (“Personal Information”) when you enter the portal to facilitate the return of your surface cleaner and delivery of your replacement surface cleaner as part of the recall. We will use the Personal Information to facilitate the recall process and for legal compliance. We will share your Personal Information with our Affiliates and employees, third parties involved with the original sale of the surface cleaner product or assisting with implementing the recall (including Power Distributors, LLC and PSC-Power Source Canada Ltd.), and to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Health Canada or other government regulatory bodies which require such information in connection with the recall.
